The Brick

Called and ordered a new queen mattress which I needed to arrive that week (Springwall Pisa eurotop). Had super knowledgeable help from Mickail, and didn���t try to oversell me. Arranged the delivery for the following week which was super smooth (the guys brought the matresss into the house and took away the garbage). Overall a very smooth and easy transaction. Would recommend!

Horrible experience at The Brick in Richmond today, if I could give ZERO Stars I would, as 1 is even too high of a rating. As this was the worst level of Customer Service experience. This Manager instead of trying too work something out for the Customer, he was doing the opposite by instigating and provoking the matter to make the situation worse. Come April, once moved into our new Home, we were planning on buying a number of new additional furniture items from The Brick, however, not now.

Terrible service bought table and chairs three months ago got the table but still waiting for the chairs keep getting delays.lame excuses very hard to eat christmas dinner at new dining room table with NO chairs

Great deals, and prices. But horrible customer service, when i bought my furniture it was like the sales person didn't want anymore to do with me just left, didn't say thank you or anything. And then the customer service people in the back were fighting each other i could hear them swearing.... totally unprofessional, and made things quite awkward.

Very poor customer service ,bad behaving employees and irresponsible delivery .Never ever recommend
