The four of us had a wonderful meal. We ordered 8 dishes to share and that was maybe one dish too many. We tried the kale salad, sweet potatoes, bacon pizza, burrata toasts, tortellini, meatballs, cavatelli and clams with mussels. It was all very good. The service was friendly and excellent. We order from Hot Oven once a week. This pizza is deep dish. You get a huge amount of toppings for the money unlike the chain pizza places. All the toppings are fresh and you can taste the difference immediately. Even the crust is good with the honey glaze. I usually don't eat the crust edges from the chain stores but when I get Hot Oven I have to eat it all. It's that good. Do yourself a favor and support the little guy who still cares about quality! I can't bring myself to order from pizza chains anymore since we discovered this place. Only thing I'd like to see is a seafood pizza on the menu. I recommend the Orient duck pizza, Hot Oven Select or Tropic Thunder (if you like spicy). Lire plus

We ordered the Pad Thai, Green curry and crispy spring rolls. While we waited for the food we could hear the other table rave about their dishes to the server. I am well acquainted with Thai food and couldn't wait to see what all the fuss was about! As my curiosity peaked our spring rolls arrived, well presented and un-oily! Were these really deep fried?
