Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy

My glass on my cell phone broke and he took me in right away and fix the for me within the hour cuz I told him I was from Niagara Falls. A week later I broke the glass again from dropping on concrete and once again this gentleman came through for me and took care of me. He is a true professional and I highly recommended. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Excellent service. Khurram was very professional. My phone was repaired with in an hour . Broken screen on IPhone XR. I did not need an appointment, I just walked in . He repaired my phone and suggested a screen protector. His prices are very reasonable, full screen protector $10. I have a brand new phone . I would definitely recommend this business .
