Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time. Highly recommend Sue and her team should you be in search of a pair of glasses, whether for reading or being outdoors.

They provide the gift of sight to the financially challenged. Before I rose above the poverty line, Lenscrafters gift of sight program for glasses when I was down and out and without a home. Bought two pairs of Maui Jim sun glasses from Thomas of Midgate Optical last year. The glasses themselves are great, as all Maui Jim users would agree. Thomas was very helpful and very helpful.
This week, I bought another pair of Sports glasses from Midgate Optical. They fit perfectly. I got the prescription glasses put on plus transition to grey in the outdoor.

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.
