I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I had the steel roof installed in the winter and it was a nasty cold time of year but our roof had leaked badly in the fall and I knew it would leak again in the spring if we didnt get the roof done before things started to melt. The guys came out every day even if they were only able to make a bit of headway despite things being frozen and tools not working properly.
